No, you can get the power steering pump from a 99-00 si, as for the ac you can you use your a/c as long as you can get the brackets from 99-00 si 93-97 del sol dohc
you also a power steering belt from dohc motors. only the 1.6 models. don't bother with the 1.8s

try a junkyard for my b16 swap i payed around 50 for the the power steering pump and brackets, the belt i'm not sure off the top of my head go to honda, for the a/c brackets no more than $120
