Default Rear brake help needed

My rear wheel sounds like parts are falling off when it spins. I'm guessing its the rear hub unit bearing? It sounds really bad but spins ok. Funny thing is that the rear rotor is loose (never reused the retaining screws).

Anyways, what parts should I replace? Or need replacement so I can get to work tomorrow without it making all types of noise.

The dealer is closed I'm going to reply on autozone.

If your front brakes are good, then you're ok for just going to work. Just don't brake too hard.

I never reused the little screws, either, but never had any issues with the rotor being loose. Is your wheel on properly?

Also, I don't really know what "parts falling off the wheel" sounds like, but if it's a high-pitched screech (metal on metal), that's just your wear indicator.

yeah, like a screeching but the rear brakes are brand new. I put them on last week. the rotor has play in it. (with the wheel off) I think/guess that bearing hub unit is fried.

btw, milage is 130k.

So, you changed the brakes a week ago, and now some really nasty sound is coming from the rear wheels? Hmm.

The screws are useless, you were smart to toss them.

Is it both sides or one side? Maybe you forgot one of the inside brake pads. You should be able to get a better listen if you jack up the rear, maybe take the wheel off.

I'm not that dumb

I took it apart and its the wheel hub bearing. Its shot and has a bunch of play. My hope is to find someone that has it in stock tomorrow. Or get it sent overnight. Sucks.
