Default Taking off 4th gen front bumper

hey i got a type r lip i want to add
i followed the diagrams from
http://www.absoluteprelude.com....html

i found all the bolts except for one
the inner bumper mount bolt

i need it for a 96 prelude

they are directly under the headlights inside the engine bay

its a bronzeish nut that you need to remove. there is one on each side, two in total.

your making it more complicated then it really is. to remove the front bumper all u need to do is remove the side screws, the top screws, then remove the bumper support screw(4 of them) and pull the bumper and bumper support off all together.

no you do not need to remove the headlights, the nuts are right under the headlights though. bleh ill go take a pic for you

look through your front grill. i think u might have to take out your turn signal lights (the yellow bumper lights) to get to them.

no, these nuts he is looking for are inside his engine bay, the passenger side one is right next to teh battery

i tried to get you a pic but my batteries died in my camera, but the nuts are RIGHT between the highbeam and hte lowbeam, you can't miss them.

hey i got the one on the driver side out but im stuck with the one near the battery how can i fit something in to take it out look theres this tube thingy thats hard and no room

i dunno what that tube is, im guessing ac, but its not on my car anymore.

i just used a ratching wench to get it off though

BTW, cant you fit the type R lip without having to take off the bumper? Just screw it on lying underneath the car...

i havent recieved the lip yet i was just preping taking off the bumper
and for anyone who ordered a lip on ebay how long did it take for you to get it

Wow... Yes you can put the lip on without taking the bumper off... just jack your car up if necessary and attach it from the bottom...
