you'll need an h22a7, the same motor as the euro r. there is an Accord Type R.....there are cool hondas that ARENT jdm...

The car is so sick. If I ever got the chance to do a full covertion I would. Even the back bench seat is a Recaro. Every now and then you see the guys from the local honda plant driving them. They have a red one and a white one. I have seen the white one in person. Its sick.

The 97-xx Accord Sir has the F20B
Accord Type R in the U.K. H22A
Accord Euro R in Japan w/ H22A till the recent Accord came out.
The new Accord Euro R has the 220hp K20A
F20B is not from any Type R or R for that matter, it is just a normal engine in the older Accords.

euro-r/type-r actually have quite a few differences between the type s which make them a good deal better. also one main differences in a complete swap is the tranny. the type-s is an atts tranny with the same ratios as a 5th gen lude, the euro-r has nice short gearing and a helical lsd due to making more power higher up.
