Cyl 1 not firing checked about everything

Cyl 1 not firing checked about everything
1989 Honda Civic DX 1.5l auto
Every other cyl is firing excpet for 1. Ive changed to known good plugs and wires and still nothing. Changed to a known good disty and cap and rotor and still nothing. Is the only option left is to do a compression test? Or is there something else?
What kind of compression should I be seeing?

it sounds like you may have bend a vavle. On the compression test i would say somewhere around 120 to 140 its to hard all it is a guessing game till you pereform the test
