Working on K20A project. facing lots of questions

My bro and me finally started to work on a project we decided since last year.

Our other 98 Civic 4Dr:

Parts purchased already:

JDM K20A DC5R Long block with all the harness
Custon Header
HASPORT Engine mounts
PS / Clutch, shifter everything have solved
Stock DC5R ECU

Now Im facing my first problem. it just wont work engine wont crank!! everything is swapped like a DC5R and it just wont crank. I cant understand what did I misssed. Been search for a while and still cant find an answer, please help, the car been sitting in shop for 2 months already..
any help is apperciated.

It couldn't be any more vauge than your reply, if you are replying to my post.

At the very least i have pointed him in the best direction as this site relates purposely to K series hybrids.
