Default having difficulties while trying to hide wire harness

i have hid the engine harness and my only code is code 20. im not sure if this code is giving me the problems that i have come into or what, but i cannot get it to go away. my next step to getting rid of that code is to replace the underhood fuse box (i read that this was the only way one h-t'er got it to go away).

now the problem im running into is while running the wires for my lights. i did not have this problem prior to me running the wires inside the cabin of the car. I have also switched headlights around to check to see if all bulbs are good and indeed they are. so now my problem..

when i turn the key to position 2 i have my fan hardwired to turn on when i turn the car on. now the speed of the fan stays consistant until i turn on the parking lights, this is when the fan decreases in speed. the clear section of the blinker looks a little dim at this time.

when i turn the key to position 3 the fan speed is consistant as position 2. lights are still dim when turned off. when the head lights are turned on everything works on the drivers headlight, the brights turn on and off, however when brights are off high beem looks like a day time running light. the passenger side light when the head lights are turned on are all very dim. the passenger side blinker flashes very fast if turned on.

now heres where i really get confused. if i disconnect the passenger headlight and only run the driver side head light that headlight will run perfect with no problems, as soon as i start pluging in the passenger head light the driver side starts with the dimming problem again.

so with the passenger side doing the things its doing im starting believe that my problem is somewhere in its wiring. no wires have been extended yet for the headlights, i was trying to see if i had any problems before i lengthened them, but of course knowing my luck i have already ran into something. could the code 20 be causing my problem? doesn't seem to be that much information on that code from what i have searched. also, does anyone think it might be a relay of some sort, i don't really know how to test them. anyone have any suggestions?

also, i forgot to mention that if i plug in the blinker that is in the bumper it automatically stays on (very dim) and the arrow in the cluster illuminates green and stays on until i unplug the light again

I think a bad ground could cause the lighting problems, and the eld. But the eld proly wont cause the lighting problems. bump.
