Default help with block girdle in a b20b

Do I need one?
Keep in mine this motor is fully assembled an in the car
If i do need one should i use a gsr or z10?
My car has a b16 oil pan!
I also have a z10 girdle (not instaled) the guy who built my motor said the one time he had used the Z10 he could not get an accurate torque reading because
the aluminum was to soft? Thats why he did not instal mine?
is this fact or bull#$%t?
He also said it might loosen up?
fact or bull again?
If you guy recomend the gsr girdle what parts do i need ?
part #'s and prices you have paied ?

Basically you need everything below the main bolts on the GSR.

oil pan, oil pickup, girdle.......this has been discussed before, if you do a search you will find many ways to do this.
