How to tell 94-97 cluster from 98-01 cluster????

Default How to tell 94-97 cluster from 98-01 cluster????

Here's the pics of what i got from the junkyard, i forgot to check what year integra it was. i plan to put it into my 92 civic hatch, but i am missing a wiring harness in the picture below. i have the other three except one. can anyone tell me what it is? thanks!

me and my cousin put a 95 gsr cluster in hes 98EK hatch and hopefully i still remember but i think we only used 2 harness for the cluster

The plug is if the cluster was automatic. Don't worry about, its for the gear lights. The cluster is from a 94-97 GSR.

How do you know it's actually from a 94-97 gsr cluster? except for high mileage? I believe all 94-01 cluster were the same. Correct me if i'm wrong.

i'm pretty sure the 00-01 integra clusters had the key icon since there was an immobilizer with in the ecu/key on those years.

the yellow plug give you an indication of the year. that's a 98-01 cluster backing

also its a 9k redline instead of 8k, easy way to determine between LS/GSR

What the hell are you talking about? The rs/ls/gs redlines at 6900, gsr redlines at 8000, ITR's redline at like 8300-8400.

sorry I meant the RPMs on the cluster go to 8k for LS and 9k for GSR

+ i think the face housing "The 4 circles" are different colors. 94-97' is grey and 98-01' is black

94-97 Integra gauges had grey faces while 98-01 had black faces.
