what do I need to use the red cap with the external coil on my 92 DA ? and also what does it mean by "Fits Models With TEC distributors Only " ?

all you need is that dizzy cap that'll fit your car and an external coil.. the cap comes with the 8.5mm MSD Wire to run from the external coil to the cap... run the black/yellow & white/blue where needed and your set... my cap package had that TEC things too, I just ingnored it, not sure what it means... my fits find. Go to MSD.com and get the blown up pics for the dizzy caps to compare to your to make sure its the right part #, I accidently got the 92-93 instead of the 90-91 for mine.... good luck
