Default which is less complicated: D15b block/head from Attarco or D15b from HMO?

I just saw that H-motors Online just got more D15b's in stock for $450 for Motor, Intake Manifold, Exhaust Manifold, Injectors, Fuel Rail, Throttle body, Alternator, and Distributor.
This doesn't include shipping.

Attarco only sells the block and head for $250, and an L3 5speed transmission for $325.
They have free delivery in the bay area.

I need to replace the motor and tranny in my 89 civic DX hatchback on a $1,000 budget. I am not looking for more power, but if its only swapping the ECU and running a couple wires for vtec then I would be in to that.

Would I be able to swap over the DPFI intake, exhaust, injectors, etc... from my current civic to the Attarco D15b block(It is a JDM motor, not sure of the exact model #)?

Would it it be cheaper or less hassle to buy from HMO and ship it to the bay area?

Sorry for all the posts, first Attarco said a ZC16 motor is what they would replace it with. But that is when they talked to my brother.
