yesterday i decide to poen my radiator and i saw oil in it does anyone know what could be the problem oil in the radiator

 

The problem is that you are to lazy to search and/or read. Go to General topics and click on the ''learn how to use the search feature'' thread near the top.

It's either a cracked block or a bad headgasket.

You really have no idea how your engine/cooling system overflow works do you

 

I can understand the average person not knowing the very basics of an engine. But being able to post on an internet forum yet not being able to search and read is pathetic.

FIRST OF ALL IF I HAD FOUND THE ANSWER I WOULDNT BE ASKING AROUND ,
SECOND THERE WAS OIL IN THE TANK NEXT TO THE RADIATOR ( WHAT EVER THE **** THAT THING IS CALLED)
I DRAINED MY OIL AND I FOUND NOTHING IN THERE NOTHING BUT OIL .

First of all, ESGR, telling everyone to "STFUP" isn't helping you get an answer.

Oil in the plastic bottle (called the 'recovery tank', BTW) or radiator is essentially the same thing. The coolant goes back and forth between this container and the radiator as the engine warms and cools.

If you read the responses in this thread, you'll see this can be a classic sign of a leaking head gasket and/or a cracked head/block. You can do a $20 UOA to see if there are traces of coolant in your oil:

Spend more time using this forum's search feature and reading the results and less time mouthing off to other forum participants who are actually trying to point you in the right direction.

NOW I did search for almost 20 minutes and i found nothing but then I realize that 'recovery tank had oil in it becaus the crapy d15b8 that came with the car had a blown headgasket and I now i understand , but thanks for the answer man
