IM paranoid My teg will be stolen
Hi Im the recent new owner of a 98 Integra LS and I really love my car.
Ive already added Skunk2 SHortShift with Energy Bushings SKunk 2 Shift **** AEM SRI CLear Corners ANd 20% Tint all around.
The problem Im having is I park it in public lots in portland and Im worried it will be stolen. Ever since I saw how easy it is to break the steering lock and ignition I have been checking on her all day. I bought an ls for this reason but still Ive heard of peoples cars getting striped of the fenders seats shift ***** mats and all that. What Can I do I already have a clifford alarm with starter kill but still the car is startable with a small hill, Its a 5speed so Im thinking of a fuel cut switch or a ecu cut switch.
Possibly 3 switchs that need to be in certain positions for the car to run, Like a combination. Anyhow Please help if you have any info or know anything that eased your minds about integra theft.

Just playing
But really my friend had his 1999LS stripped right infront of his house. I would suggest you get an alarm which requieres a second key in a hidden location and several kill switches.
However if they want your car, they will get it.
good luck

there is not much u really can not do when they are going to steal ur teggy...if they really focus on u from day to day, they can easily find out the best time to steal them...u r not with ur car 24/7...so theres always a way to steal them...all u can do is just simply make sure the car is full coverage so that way you can get something back if anything happens
if u r so worried about ur car gettin stolen, why are you advertising the city u live in along with all ur mods including ur alarm system and how to bypass it... man use ur head.
lojack is a nice investment along with garaging ur car and everything else that's been said. park it in well-lit areas and dont take anything for granted. just be smart and hope for the best.

if you take all the proper precautions, you'll be fine. secure your car in layers.. like an onion (shrek anybody? LOL) ... seriously.
but either way, if theives WANT your car or want something in it and they're determined, nothing will stop them.
i've had my teg for 6 years now, parked in the most shady spots and my car has never been stolen. i've had 1 break in attempt but nothing more than that.
like i said, if theives want your car, they'll come with a flat bed. all you can do is be aware of where you car is and what you have done to secure it and that's it really.

Making it ugly doesn't work because theives tried to steal my teg. My front bumper is coming off along with paint all around. They couldn't steal it because my starter was bad so it was pushed around the corner before a speed bump. I'm lucky they didn't take anything inside because I had my $400 tool set in the trunk and $1000 worth of cd's in the back seat. So, I actually made $600 from them breaking into my car because the insurance company gave me money for scratches and a new alarm.
I have a 96 Acura gsr mint condition with 80k miles.
Its been broken into one a few years ago.
I dont really care if someone take it now. I'll probably be selling it in the next few months. Planing on getting a 4 door sport sedan.

Hey bro go to ....www.Ravelco.com. This is by far the best anti theft device out for the money, well actually it's the best so who cares about the amount. Also as someone already said, get an Autoloc which is nice to have also...with these two security features there is no way a thief is cracking your ignition, bump starting your car, etc.....low jack is ok but they tend to recover cars only after they have been stripped....hope this helps..

Yup, thieves most likely troll these forums.
Like everyone said, be sure to layer your security. Full coverage would be nice also.
But the sad part is that if thieves really want your car, they'll get it, even with all of your precautions.

visit http://www.clubbuster.com they broke an autolock in under 10 seconds yo..there is nothing you can do out here in L.a or anywhere as a matter of fact, but to have a power 2 external power source relay installed in a rubber box relayed to a pager alarm + stuff I won't tell nobody, so you can press that 45 to the guys cheek that is trying to steal your car..The rubber box and relay is there in case they shock your car and kill the battery.. good luck stealing my ****...sorry for any resulting insomia....
