i tried searchin but i couldnt find anything, is it possible to swap vin plates, if so is there a write up on em and is it illegal or legal?

 

Its perfectly legal, swap your vin plates, then go to your local police station and have them authorize your new vin plates

 

can anyone tell me how to do it?

 

and also, im gonna swap the vin plate from my CRX to a shell, i have the title for my crx, but i dont knnow if i can get the title for the shell, its the same year crx but its the shells a SI and mines and HF, will i need the title for the shell or just the title for mine?

 

you have to fill a form. Take it to the DMV and have a STATE Trooper inspect/check history on the Vin's. And then take the form to DMV to have it realign to a new number.
