Will d15b7 pistons work in a d16z6 block?

Hey I was wondering if d15b7 pistons would work in a d16z6 block okay. And if they do work, are they exactly the same or does it change compression or anything at all?

they will fit physically but the piston pin location is different than the d16's and the piston will be sticking out of the cylinder 3mm (it will hit the head). what are u trying to do?
