Correct me if i'm wrong, but is the sensor on the thermostat the sensor that turns the thermostat on? I thought it was maybe because the thermostat wasn't opening up, but I changed that and both hoses are warm and still no spinny fan.

My radiator fan is not spinning, and the helms states that when the car is warmed up the fan will spin twice. The fan doesn't spin at all and the car keeps idling at about 1-1.3k even after it is warmed up. Does anyone know what these problems could mean?
