Can someone tell me where I can pick up a set of these filters?

a while ago on ebay..someone posted those for sale and said that they were an option from toda...i dont believe it but that is one theory

Those will get sucked in at WOT. Id rather find the sock filters from motorcycle store.

I doubt you've ever used them, because you're wrong.
The rubber that surrounds the screen and sponge is very stiff, and doesn't bend in half, they're supposed to be sealed on the bell's, and will never fall in. The silky covers I've never had experience with, but I've seen them draped over a Weber carb screen for daily duty on a few Corollas in Vegas, don't know if they actually work that well, but the Weber covers don't have a sponge filter inside, just a metal screen.
The filters in question can't be used on all ITB applications, as some use bells that sit extremely close to one another, and you can't squeeze anything in between.
