my oil pressure test
I am worried about blowing the oil seals in my brand new garret
, which seems to be an issue that some people have when tapping from the oil pressure sender on the rear of the block.
I have heard of people using the hole on the side of the head under the distributor ( NOT on the front of the head)...but i have never heard of what pressure levels come out of this.
I just ordered an aluminum adapter so I can hook up my greddy oil pressure gauge to this source and see what PSI levels come out through the rev range. I should get the part really soon so i will let you all know...for whoever is interested.
what is ideal oil pressure for the turbo ?
