THNX..Well im gong b20vtec so do I need to notch the pistons if I put the ctr cams in...?

No, you need to replace the pistons with appropriate ones. Notching makes an unbalanced motor even more unbalanced, not to mention it lowers the already low compression. But if you use CTR cams in a CRVTEC, then yes you will have valve clearance issues.
