So many intake manifolds, so few cars......Help me pick an IM for my H22!
I am on the brink of 200whp and I think it lies with a new intake manifold. There are several options out there, but mixed reviews have made me sick.
I have posted on PRELUDE boards and gotten no good responses or replies.
BlackTrax Manifold, reworked stock with removed secondaries
Skunk2, I have yet to see ANY Dyno results from it on an H22
Accord EuroR Manifold cleaned up a bit
Some small company that does them piece by piece???
I just don't know......

No one out there with BlackTrax input?
As far as JG, after years of treating consumers like **** Stars, I wouldn't take one of their manifolds for FREE! I was into Hondas in the late 90's and early 2000's when their nickname was Ron Jeremy!
Maybe I will just ditch the WHOLE Intake Manifold idea and move on to other things. ~200whp/160tq is fine before the 100-125 shot! A few HP/TQ from an upgraded IM just won't matter!
Thanks for your input guys!......and girls if Ms. BTP replies!

I agree...those JG manifolds look like crap IMO. Shitty welds and an aluminum tube welded to OEM cut cast runners...

yes, cuz looks mean everything...
Lets ignore the fact that they flow better than most intake manifolds out there, lets also ignore the fact that the stock cast runners are used FOR A REASON (look into it) and of course were going to ignore the fact that theyve been used on some of the highest HP street and Drag NA and turbo set ups out there...
Would you prefer something that looks nice and shiney and performs like ****?
edit*
BTW, why dont you take a look under the hood of Brad's race car, youll see one of those "aluminum tubes welded to OEM cut cast runners"
Same with the holland Racing Drag Civic, they run one of those "aluminum tubes welded to OEM cut cast runners" too

Well i guess im very **** about how **** looks then
thats prolly why the manifold on my car looks, flows, and performs better
I'll admit im alittle biased since ive had bad experiences with JG and regardless i feel the finish could be better
