Hi, im new to accords, i have a 94 2dr lx 5speed red, right now its got a cold air intake and a 2.25 inch catback exhaust, and the header will be going in tomarow. I was wondering if there is any ecu "chips" or upgrades i can do, i saw a Spoon sports ecu chip for the 94-95 lx/dx accords, it goes in the ecu, its only 30$ shipped from ebay, its says redline at 8200 i know thats way to high. but it also elminates teh speed governer. I was wonder if that chip will work decent?

also will a p14 ecu from an h23 work with my car at all? i need a little higher red line cuse my car pulls hard all the way to 6400 and thats my red line.

Also whats the highest i can take my motor to 7K?

damn, you cant rev all the way to 7k? I can, just choose to shift at 6400. About the ebay chip, dont bother with that, it just advances timing givng you know bottom end, enriches the a/f mixture and raises your rev and takes out your speed limiter, like you said ofcourse. there are plenty of people here, like myself, that make these chips if you need them.
