Default fidanza flywheel

I bought a new exedy organic clutch for my b16 and I need a new flywheel. Does anyone know anything good or bad about fidanza flywheels? Or should I get something else? And would a 7.5lb flywheel be too light for an all motor b16?

A Fidanza or Clutch Masters flywheel is an excellent choice.
