Error Code: 73 random misfire cylinder 3

Gotta question.....

I keep getting the same code. I changed my spark plugs and put my stock plug wires back in. Also changed my distributor Cap. Need help!!!!

I would suggest you to also change your distributor cap/rotor just to see if it acts differently. Are your plugs gapped correctly? How old are your stock plug wires? There is a chance that those may be faulty as well.

If plugs are gapped wrong it will cause it to missfire?....

hehehe I forgot to mention that i changed the CAP. I got NGK spark plugs from pep boys. Dont they come pre gapped already?? Maybe i should check them again.

I forgot to mention that i did changed the CAP. The wires are my stock wires that ive had since ive gottent he car. Ill try getting new plugs to see if that is the problem.

help this man out ..cause iv got random misfires too

iv replaced : entire distributor
IAC valve
spark plugs and wires
injectors
fuel filter

compression test turned out good all across the board

this is getting to me hah ...cant figure out what it is

possibly FPR ? replaced injectors .. seem to run fine

maybe i need a valve adjustment even thow the compression test is good ?
