drivers side mirror problem
OK, I have a problem with my drivers side mirror. I have an 01 Civic LX and my mirror are powered. I unplugged them and connected my m3 mirrors just to test them. I did not unplug the battery and everything was off.
I figured it would be a quick connection, so I didnt turn the battery off. Now, my mirror does not work. I tried a test and plugged into my passenger side mirror plug and it works there. So, I know for sure its not the mirror.
I checked both fuses both inside and outside and could not find the correct fuse or any fuses blown.
So, I took a voltmeter and connected it to the harness and I get a reading, but its only half of what it should be. It will fluctuate from 3-5 volts instead of 11-12 volts.
Does anyone know how this is possible? How bout a fix? Thanks!
