Default conversion harness' for the bseries swap......im fighting the urge

so.....i got an OBD0 b16 off of pw:JDM, and it arrives on either friday or monday....they had to inventory it cuz when i called they just got a container in and long story. SO, as im peicing together this swap, i keep thinking about the wiring being sent off to hasport for the crappy *** dx/STD to bseries conversion for 250 bucks. now....the main problem is going from DPFI to MPFI, then the added pins for the pw3 ecu. is there another conversion harness that i can get from somebody else, that doesnt require my car to be out of action for at least a week? is it that hard to find a harness thats already been modified for a bseries swap?

CN: conversion harness for DPFI to MPFI AND Bseries. is there somewhere/way other than hasport?

EDIT: since the motor came OUT of a crx siR, cant i just use an siR harness, shift linkage and other siR parts?

yah dude, rywire or nikitad on here can make the DX harness so all you have to do is plug it up to the right place. Some people on here say "convert it from DPFI to MPFI first, then do your swap" but to some people that can be confusing. If you send your harness to the right person and tell them what motor, ECU and car you have and also tell them that you want to be able to just plug it in, they can set you up.

I worked out a deal with nikitad where he usd a engine harness he already had and made it plug and play for my DX/B18C swap. Then when my swap day came All I had to do was take my motor out and swap in my B18C which already had the harness premade. Then I just took the harness out of my old motor and sent it to nikitad to "repay" him for the one he sent me.

I will vouch (as will many others) that rywire is the best you can get...plug and play all the way!

Def go rywire. They know what they are doing and it's so easy to work with. It is truely plug and play. Minus the wires that you have to switch on your harness in the cabin. They are good people and have extremely good CS. When droppedcrxsi wrecked his car on sun. He was workin on my harness on tues and had it shipped out the next day. How many people or businesses you know that will do that.

Thanks guys! If you want zero downtime, we can sell you a pre made harness, but you will have to verify what style dx harness you have... there is 2 small differences.

a pre-modded harness would be perfect, but whats the price tag? i mean, i can send my stock harness in when i get the motor dropped in, but if its going to be a bit pricey, i might as well just send it in to hasport.

the odd thing about my car is that i had a single cam ZC swapped in when i blew my d15...but instead of converting to MPFI, the guy just swapped the longblock/tranny in and used the DPFI system i had in it. i dont know if that makes a difference in the harness i need, but the car is a DX. and im pretty sure he used my DX ecu.

We just need to verify the pin locations at the 2 firewall plugs, he probably didn't mess with those so it's alright.
We charge $175 for the DPFI to B16 OBD0 conversion and $75 for the DX core, with a $25 refund for the DX and B16 harness. So you're lookin at $250 with Zero Down time. Or $175 if you ship your DX harness to us to be modified. Checkout rywire.com
We love Hasport so i hate to say anything bad about them, but we DO have a much faster turn around.

Thanks for the support everyone, you guys rock!
