im wondering cause im probably gonna be running a 2.5in exhaust until i have enough $$$ to get the full 3in exhaust.

 

i take it you will be or are turbo'ed to be upgrading to a 3 inch exhaust? what is your current setup or will what are you working towards?

 

im just planning on running 20psi on a built bottom end d16y8.

 

Yea you could make it with 2.5, just going to be alot of strain on the turbo (if thats what your going to use) But it could do it.

Edit: I retract what i said. If your going over 10psi then hell no. 20psi will blow a hole into your exhaust housing, ask DSM guys they do it all the time.
