Anyone know the speaker measurement for the front speakers in a 93 civic coupe?

Thanks, and backs are the same, correct? i cant get anyone to give me a straight answer and i'm having a little trouble busting the back speaker covers off.

 

my 92 hatch was 5 1/4 fronts..... it depends on what bracket you have in there though

 

REARS SHOULD B 5 1/4

i had trouble finding a definite answer here on H-T as well, so i went ahead and took it apart during the install.

6.5" coaxials will fit if you cut the back-end of the basket out so that the magnet clears. the front-end, meaning the distance from the woofer/tweeter to the speaker panel, is sufficient to clear.

the rear, in my '93 Si hatch, are 5.25". with a bit of tweaking, you can run 6.5". i'd stick to 5.25" for a direct bolt on.

i took out my rear mounts cut them up and made custom 6x9 mounts!
