Does my car look totalled or not? *PIX*
Damn, I glad to see you were not injured! Hell, I have no idea if the insurance will total but it looks like most of the car is still good. If they do total it, buy the car back and part out the parts you don't want keep the parts you do.

It's totaled. My hatch looked pretty much the same way, and it was totaled cause the car wasn't worth enough to spend all the money it would have taken to fix it, so insurance totaled it.
here's an idea of what my car looked like. the subframe wasn't even damaged, kinda like yours.

I would definatly buy the car back and part it out. In my case, I kept all the stock parts and had the car towed to my house from the wrecking yard after insurance declared it totaled. They said we could take everything off as long as we put another part back in it's place. So me and my brother stripped the car down and returned to stock. But in your case, you would want the motor so you would have to buy it back unless you have a SOHC lying around

im gonna guess the insurance company will total it because taking it to a body shop is gonna cost more than the car is worth, you may however be able to buy the car back from your insurance company and fix it yourself for a lot cheaper than a body shop
and do you have a way of telling if the motor is still good?

looks totalled, I wouldn't drive it if it was repaired anyways.
BTW:
love the ClubSi sticker
buy it back from insurance and part it off, depending on how much insurance wants for the vehicle and if you have the place to store it while you strip it.

I can gaurantee thats totaled, the car has MAJOR frame damage it will cost a LOT to fix that back the way it should be. My advice is to buy the car back or take out all your parts before the insurance company gets a hold of it.
for sure its totaled.. What I'd do is take EVERY aftermarket part off of it.. You wont get nearly as much as they are worth.. Or try and buy it back.. But I'd still take the parts off just in case they dont offer to let you buy it back
