yeah i have a b16 in a DA, see Sig fo details. Its fun but i bought it like this from another person. If i were to do it again i would go Ls/Vtec but the lack of high revving tuns me off. If you want a fun high revving honda go with b16, I might turbo it down the road but anway i've seen people with intake headers exhaust FPR Intake mani and throttle body go low 14's on slicks some good drivers low 14's on street tires. Maybe invest in weight reduction as well as cams and good tuning. Have fun

I have one in my 92, and absolutely love it!!! I have the 2nd-gen with 170hp. I did the swap myself (minus wiring and vacuum), it was very easy, and it took about 3 days combined using jackstands and a cherry picker. I don't have any pictures of it though.

I like my B18a motor. but i dont like that fact that it does not rev that high...and it doesnt have that much hp...... I like the way that DOHC VTEC Engines look in Da integras... But ive ridden in a 92-93 GSR and it feels a lil quicker than a B18a

i had a stock obd0 sir1 b16 in my DA before i went lsvtec
boy let me tell you that think was hideusly slow. to the point it made me sick
but da weight the same as 99 si's so it should be the same speed as an si. falls between a ls and a gsr but the ls will still have a better power band.

No times...yet. I should go out there once I get my new clutch broken in. My car is gutted (almost) too, so I should put down some nice numbers (I think).

Yeah, I gotta 1st gen '89 b16 in my '90 DA9. It was hideously slow until I did my OBD-1 conversion. The 1st gen computers suck. (At least mine did). It screams now. I'm about to run a 75 wet shot next week and eat some mustangs!!
jdm b16 in my 93 gs. it's worth it, but do the tranny too. the ls tranny mated to the b16 sucks. real bad. if u can, get the tranny from an xsi. jdm ys1 w/lsd. quickness.

i had a da with a b16 cluth flywhell and headers vtec cont is was ok but little slow for that havey car new swap b20z gsr tranny runs good man spanks gsr *** i/h/e/ jdm headers you will like the b20 better man
Its like having a 99-00 civic si only older, but then again mine is sitting around with a blown tranny and wont pass smog
Other than that it makes for a really fun car to drive

i have a 90 teg with the 89 b16a. i love it. eventhough i need a different tranny. i recently ran a 75 shot (wet) and blew 1 and 3 pistons (stock internals). ran a 14.7@92.8 last weekend in Denver, spinning through my 60foot
