I'm thinking about purchasing a pair of skunk2 stage2 cams with the upgraded valvetrain (must do). what i want to know is will it yield any good power???.
my car is a 94 b18c1 acura integra gs-r
mods:
: AEm short ram intake
:skunk2 intake manifold
:TEst pipe, removed muffler
: skunk2 p28 ecu vtec4800-redline9000
:LS transmission(will be gone soon for a gs-r tranny)
:fluidyne radiator
:clutchmasters stage 3 clutch.
:removed A/C
;REmoved power steering.
:ground control cloilovers
if it matters "new internals".
ANY HELP WOULD BE APPRECIATED

maybe im wrong but im pretty confident that intake manifold isnt helping with out those cams. and your catless exhaust probably just smells. i dont know, do you drive it everyday?
Getting some ctr/itr pistons or some higher compression aftermarkets with those stage2 cams would probably be pretty good.
I'm sure you would yield more then you have with the cams but a bump up for compression should be even better.

yea i will buy some other pistons as soon as i get more money. but for right now i want to know if it is okay to drive it with jsut those and with the mods i have.
i went with a jdm 4-1 , but you will also have to get a 2.5" collector gasket and flange if you want it to fit right along with a new test pipe or hi-flo cat, i went with the hi-flo cat, im satisfied with the power
