Default misfire/hesitation

ok here it goes, i'm getting missfire between 2-3k rpms usually only in like 1st or 2nd gear. I've replaced the rotor and the cap plugs are new as well as the wires. Ive set the timing with a light and that doesnt seem to help at all. it only seems to do this when it gets hot as well.. think I may need a new dizzy?

Check all connections to the ICM in the distributor. Verify they are all tight.

Do you have access to another known good ICM and coil?

Good stuff. When the plug wires were starting to go on my 1.6EL I didn't notice until I changed them out for the MSD's. I noticed a huge difference in power when entering onto the highway and about 150km more per tank! You'll notice the fuel mileage increase too.
