Well I first figured that there was a problem when my oil pressure guage was registering at zero while idling. So I did a compression test....

#1 - 200 Dry
#2 - 195 Dry
#3 - 205 Slightly Wet (Oil)
#4 - 205 Wet (Oil)

Please give me an idea of what is wrong and what I should do next. TIA

 

if you are registering 0 oil pressure, you have other things to worry about besides compression.

 

Oh yeah... I got that checked out too. At idle its actually between 5 & 10 psi and is extremely erratic.

 

wow thats low pressure. My gauge is usually around 12-10 psi(autometer) at idle, and that gets me paranoid. good luck.

 

I would check your oil pump, inside and out, along with your pickup.
