how to remove 2k Si ebrake line?
doing 5lug conversion on the rear. I would like to just swap out the whole trailing arm, since its easier than swaping the hubs(taking apart the hubs is a PAIN).
So in order for me to just swap out the trailing arms, I would need to remove my stock Si ebrake line. But the thing is, at the end of the ebrake line, theres this bracket thats too large to pass through the trailing arm. (tell me if you want pics?)
How else can i remove this ebrake line so that its still reusable? Can I somehow pull that bracket off? or can i remove it from the front/inside part???
help pleasE!! i want this 5lug in!!!
thanks h-t!!!!!!

You can reuse your ebrake cable. Don't take it out from inside cuz you are going to have to put in back. Take the cable off the rear calipers and swap connect them to the 5-lug calipers.
I can take the ebrake line off the rear caliper, BUT theres a bracket (its right by the caliper) on the stock Si e-brake line that prevents me from pulling it through the hole in the trailing arm. therefore, I cant swap the trailing arm if I try to use that method.
so should i pull it out from the inside? or what? some of yall dont seem to understand this 'bracket' on the stock Si I keep referring to....maybe i'll have to take some pics?
?
anyone else with input?

Yes, I know the bracket. Take a flathead and remove that clip looking thing. It slides out which releases the cable from the bracket.

I would put it back so it stays onto the bracket.
