what are the best cams to run in an ef w/d16z6 w/only bolt ons????

There may not be a definite answer for your question. The stock cam maybe the best. I'm sure there are others who have had success using the ZEX street cam or Crower's stage 1 cam. Best way to find out is to find dyno charts and compare the different cams, but even then you may not find the right cam, since each motor could/can react differently, depending on the tune.

than any "mild" street type should be fine. you should only be concerned for getting the "best" cam if you're running some kinda special race motor. crower, gude, pyr, regrinds, etc... are all pretty good. next question would be how much are you looking to spend, that should narrow your search down to only a few of them

Or get a delta cam regrind. Exospeed is also another good choice.

dont even **** with obx's stuff its ****, i wouldnt be surprised if the cam broke in half and you floated a valve.
