Stupid Question Please Help
ok basically this is THE stupidist question on honda tech,
im buying a b16a ENGINE its from a vehicle dimantlers.
what does the actual term engine usually mean? (i cant ring and ask them as they are closed til tuesday)
so what does the term ENGINE usually mean, and what doesnt it cover that i will need.
(p.s i am not asking a repeated question of "what do i need for my engine swap", this is "what makes up the engine"!!!!)

Engine could be a very broad term. Usually the words "long block" or "short block" are used. If you are getting a long block, usually it is just the block, head, intake manifold, maybe a distributor and alternator, and very little else. It is often better to get a complete changeover as it will include most everything you will need. Check out http://www.hmotorsonline.com
