Default Master cylinder?

alright gents..
After going to the gym last night, i went to start the R and ....click, nothing. Seemed like the neutral safety was staying engaged...after about 20 attempts to start the thing finally fired up.
Driving home, it seemed like the clutch action was a little slow.
The final thing is where the clutch rod? goes into the fire wall there is a little build up of fluid around the gromit
so im thinking clutch master cylinder, anybody else?
thanks guys

If it's leaking then replace.
