Default Limp mode 91 civic si ?

where to start ? is what i need to know. First off ill tell ya about the car
it had a B16 dude pulled it out gave me the stock si motor and brand new
uncut harness. I installed it all started it and it went into safe mode. The only
thing not hooked up is the O2 sensor cause i have a 4 wire and need a 1 wire.
That shouldent make it go into limp mode though and i have 2 pm6 ecu's so
they shouldent both be bad. My cluster isint working either only the battery
light. So where do i start to trouble shoot first ? please help !! Im new to this
but have a good basic knowledge and did the swap myself idols great its in time
just hits rev limiter cause of limp mode can you bypass it ? help help help

on your ecu it should blink if you have any codes running. I would say go get that o2 sensor right away and see what happens.
