Need Help In upgrading my D15B2 Intake Manifold
I want to upgrade my D15B2 engine's intake manifold. For the people who are not familiar with this engine, it uses an intake manifold that has a port fuel injection system, meaning it has one injector, injecting fuel at the base of the carburator-like vertically mounted throtle body. Why do I want to do this you may ask? Well I just mentioned it, single fuel injector for all four cylinders. This works great on stock engine, I get about 30-34 MPG on city/highway mix driving, but I'm about to put in a Turbo, so I think it will not work well on boosted application.
If at all possible, I do not want to replace the head. This will lower the cost down a little, so my questions are:
1. What intake manifold can I use for this engine that will have 4 fuel injectors?
2. Now that it will have 4 injectors versus 1 before, does this mean I'll have to replace the ECU and the wiring harness as well?
3. Other than the ECU and the wiring harrness, what else do I need to replace?
I took some pictures, but don't have the means to post it, so for now I hope I have given enough information for mostly anyone to know what I'm talking about.
I'd greatly appreciate any input.

Go to http://www.4gcivic.net and click on the mpfi swap link. All your questions will be answered.
ok.. find a d16 out of a crx si or a civic si. those have multi port fuel injection, I did the swap from dual port to multi port and all I changed was the intake manifold and the ecu. Of course you have to change a couple of wires around but if you go to honda tuning.com they should have all your diagrams to make it work. hope this helps you
