I was going to order the Type R lip for the 92-95 Civic Sedan from JDMSHIT.com and was wondering what is the best way to mount it so it wont fall off. The motor question is i've been searching for a d16z6 swap for my car but cant seem to find any sites that sell them except for hmotors that sells the d16ZC but they dont have it posted on there site. Is there a difference in the 2 motors performance wise or are they the same. Thanks for the help guys!

I dont think there are any here in town, cause its a small town and ive been everywhere. Its possible there might be something here in Texas but I dont know where to look.
well honestly i like the mugen lip more but on your preference you can drill the two ends and screw it in the lower end of the bumper, by the tires and there might be two holes on top of the lip where you can also screw it in but I dont suggest that. Incase you hit a bump, you're more likely to crack your lip but its up to you. click on the link on top of my signature. I have on a mugen lip with mugen side skirts.
the ZC has high compression ratio, and the Z6 is the highest model for you yr i believe, not sure but I have a Y8 but anyway go for the ZC but its up to you! you'll find PLENTY on ebay but buy at your own risk man! ZC swap is the best for your yr, and finding some1 to do the swap for you, i am not sure. It's kinda hard to do unless you have some friends who knows ppl that can do it.
GOOD LUCK!

Search for the lip question, theres been millions of threads.
Go to any junkyard or honda garage and ask around. Tell them you're on the lookout and to call you if one comes in. Meanwhile, get on the internet and search for tuner-shops around your area. Texas is f*cking huge, if you cant find a shop, you should punch yourself in the face. I can name at least a dozen in my area and I live in Nebraska (though Omaha is pretty car-crazy).
I would say get a z6 over the zc due to aftermarket support. You can find anything and everything for that motor. The zc on the otherhand doesnt have as-big of a following, and many parts would need to be modified or fabbed.
And for the record a sohc swap into your car is NOT HARD. Its one of the easiest swaps in the honda world. That is the type of swap you'd do yourself just for the learning aspect. Do it yourself and take pride in knowing you did it.

the y8 is actually like 2hp more than the z6.
Those engines are everywhere though so finding one shouldn't be a big deal. and doing the swap should be a great learning experience for you.

its strong stuff, it take like 50 pounds pressure per sqauare inch to yank it off, heres a tip though heat it up with a heat gun or blow dryer before you stick it to the lip and then pull the red cover off the other side and heat it up the same way before you put the lip on the bumper, it will make the tape more tacky and it will stick better
