Sup people. I got this very wierd problem going on. I've been driving around town the last few days, and all the sudden my check engine light will come on and the car will just die. Once this happens, I'll drop it into second gear to get the car running again, but the throttle will not respond. I'll turn the car completely off, and start it right back up with no problems, just to have it happen again. The Car is a 93 Civic Hatch DX with a B18A1 swap with aprox 140-150,000 miles on it. Stock computer too, not chipped or nothin. Anyone had any problems like this or could just kick some knowledge if you think you might know whats goin on. Thanks a lot.

 

First, find out what code the engine is throwing.

 

Yeah check the code on the Ecu... what he said.. Then work from there
