B18c5 motor,tranny,and ecu
Hasport hydro to cable motor/tranny mount kit
Hasport linkage
mpfi conversion if its a dx or std..
pre-obd to obd2 conversion harness
add the 4 wires for vtec
si or dx knuckles if you have an hf or std..
Dent the inner fender for alternator clearance
90-93 integra intermediate shaft and axles
Integre rear engine mount

Don't run OBD-II. OBD-II is evil. I would get an OBD-I adapter harness and ECU. It will work just fine with the OBD-II distributor and injectors.

Running a stock 1996-1997 JDM ECU is fine. It is actually not really OBDII. In fact, it runs fewer sensors than 1992-1995 OBDI. Furthermore, because it is relatively easy to use this ECU in a 1988-1991 car, AND because running this ECU is SO much cheaper than tuning a 1992-1995 ECU to do the job, it is not at all a bad way to go. The only downside compared to 1992-1995 OBDI is a lack of tuning options. But if this is not an issue for you (at least in the short term), the JDM P73 definitely offers the best bang for the buck (especially if you are strapped after buying than C5).
