OK guys its been soo long aprox about 1 year since I lost year to fawkin theives. Just wanted to let the ITR forum know what the aftermath can be. Please becareful of your R's and keep them locked up..I miss her everyday, even though I own a WRX now, I WISH I still has her

How/where was it stolen and where did they strip it down. That is just gross what happened. Good luck with the wrx. Why not get another IRT?

 

That's not very stripped. Especially with the faux carbon, climate control, and clock still there.

The body looks messed up as is the suspension but a lot of the components are still there.

 

I am very sorry about your theft, but in all honesty, what you got back is quite amazing for a theft recovery, You got off light-- rebuild her.

 

seeing this makes me semi happy that mine was never found. i would hate to see my car like that

 

actually the R is gone..insurance totaled it...it was actually in a chop shop and was raised by forklifts...theres 2 forklift marks on the left side of the car....Also the car was dragged to that location by a tow truck because the tranny was hanging because they tried to un-bolt it, so they dragged it because the tranny cracked into pieces....

A good buddy of mine bought it back and is still in the process of bringing it back
