DC4 stalls/bogs down/misses, CEL comes on, then runs rich???

DC4 stalls/bogs down/misses, CEL comes on, then runs rich??? PLEASE HELP!!! DAILY DRIVER!!
Accelerates fine until about 4800-5000rpm, then cuts out for a moment, goes back to normal, climbs to 5600 then basically dies, hold throttle to the floor, sounds like its about to die but keeps going, then CEL comes on and all is back to normal with the exception of it being way too rich... I actually went through a 1/4 tank of gas in 80 miles... Anyone have any idea of what it might be?? HT Don't let me down!!!

same here - but cuts randomly anywhere from 2k-5k, then after CEL idles at 1100.
