I am running a Z10 front x member with a fluidyne half wide rad. It fits, but you have to lean it towards the rear of the car( IMO it looks ghetto ). Im working on that!!!!!

This is my custom made crossmember by myself, very simple and much cheaper. Parts come to about $140 (the heims joints consuming most of the expense). Bandsaw'd and drill press'd the brackets, then TIG'd it all together. Unbolted the factory crx rad holders, then tacked them to the bars.

The hood clearence is perfect, only problem is that it's a little tight next to the wastegate. I had to cut/turn/reweld a little bit to give it enough room too turn down and still allow the bolts to enter. In the future i'll likely re-design the manifold and downpipe using the round pressure clamps rather than bolt flanges. I've yet to finish the car, so no road testing is done yet. I'll keep ya posted, should be done in the next month or so, waiting on some parts...
