Disconnecting AC, can I disconnect the line from AC hose to Fan #2?

But thats the thing, the wire that goes to that fan Starts on the metal pipeing. so if i take out that piping there is no where for the other end of the wire from the fan to go to.

if you remove the a/c the other fan will never come on anyway it is only used when the a/c is on.

No, the fans come on with no A/C, just not as often. I have both fans with out the A/C and have watched both of them come on before.
