cap/rotor
i would only buy honda replacements. ive been told by my mechanic friend that the aftermarket ones can be off in the timing. but then again, he only buys honda factory parts, for EVERYTHING. perhaps for a reason...
i dont replace mine often. i do take the cap off and clean the contacts tho. just scrape off the crud.

They really are OEM, just blue instead of black afaik. Honda doesn't manufacture wires/pluges, filters, etc.

ngk blues meaning spark plug wires? (i dont see where you mentioned them)
actually, i thought NGK blue wires were OEM as well, but someone corrected me that denso actually is the OE supplier of spark plug wires for honda. i could be wrong. but i have found the aftermarket NGK blue wires to be fine.
