Default have searched obd1

will converting to oBD1 make my car run cleaner and better than 0bd0.

Ihave a 90 crx si b16 pr3 ecu I whant to convert to obd1 i know i need the ecu and harness and dizzy 4wire o2. I also have a vafc that is allready wired in and how hard will it be to convert thanks for all help

looked at the site when i pony up some doe ill make a purchase but does going from obdo to obd1 run cleaner and better?
