glow gauges
this might get moved out of this forum...but i wonder how difficult it is to put in glow gauges. i've never done it before on any car. looks easy enough....what are some of the tough points of doing it?
be carefull when sliding the gauges over the needle, they delicate and can brake. get you power source from the dim switch red/black for power and black for ground.
It's not real hard, just remember that the cluster has 3 screws behind it that holds the gray plastic overlay on. And use double-sided tape in-case you ever wanna switch back. I had mine on for like 3 years then, switched back.

dont do it. its a waste of money and if u glue on a gauge too close to the needle, the needle sticks. and they only last a few years. mine broke (the indiglo part) in 3 yrs and i had to get a used cluster because of the glue. stick to stock and just put in some amber bulbs to get the type r look if u want to do something to ur gauges.
buy the Haynes acura customizing manual, its really detailed in there on how to do it, but like the other guy said, the needles will stick, mine did and now my gas light comes on when my car is at 1,4 tank
and my MPH is 5 over what its supposed to be
other than that its pretty easy, but I am getting a new cluster and staying away from the gauges.
