http://xenondepot.com They sell the parts seperately. Not sure if they have Phillips though. They ship next day or two day, which is nice.

Hopefully Niki can get his single lens HID setup converted to the dual HID lens setup that most cars have.

I believe he's referring to bi-xenon projectors. "Bi" meaning that the same projector and bulb act as the low beam and high beam.
