Need Help!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I dont know what seems to be the problem on my B16.
everytime its gonna hit the VTEC and i have my foot on the accelerator all the way, its like its bugging. (i dont know if that's the right word) but it loose power. like its engine braking. i dunno. normal driving is fine. the power is ok for a b16 stock as long as i dont step on it full throttle.

check your timing and spark.
I had a similar if not same problem with my second gen B16. it would be pulling fine until about 1,000 rpm before VTEC, then the power would flat line, as if i let off the throttle a bit, thenVTEC engaged and continued pulling to redline.
i changed, dizzy cap and rotor, fuel filter, played with different grades of fuel, spark plugs, then i finally checked my timing, it was so advanced it was off the chart... brang it back to TDC, and she ran perfect, even faster!!, BTW: i find Mid grade fuel to be the best for the B16.
